As a teacher by profession, I was looking for a career change to explore new work environments and improve my salary. What initially motivated me to join AGSI was its location. The office in BGC, a well-known upscale area, gave me the opportunity to experience a longer commute and discover new parts of the city. The location alone was a big draw for me, and it pushed me to embrace this fresh challenge and start a new career path. Since joining AGSI, I’ve experienced significant growth and advancement. My journey here has been rewarding, and I’ve had the chance to expand my skills in ways I hadn’t expected.
One of the key moments in my development was completing my Level 3 (L3) training. This training not only enhanced my recruiting skills but also helped me grow in client support. As I transitioned into my new role as a Senior Recruiter, I took on new responsibilities—acting as a staffing manager. I now oversee the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and submitting candidates to conducting interviews, managing onboarding, handling timekeeping, and overseeing terminations. This evolution in my role has been a big step in my career, and I’m proud of how far I’ve come
