As a teacher by profession, I was looking for a career change to explore new work environments and improve my salary. What initially motivated me to join AGSI was its location. The office in BGC, a well-known upscale area, gave me the opportunity to experience a longer commute and discover new parts of the city. The location alone was a big draw for me, and it pushed me to embrace this fresh challenge and start a new career path.
 
Since joining AGSI, I’ve experienced significant growth and advancement. My journey here has been rewarding, and I’ve had the chance to expand my skills in ways I hadn’t expected. 

One of the key moments in my development was completing my Level 3 (L3) training. This training not only enhanced my recruiting skills but also helped me grow in client support. As I transitioned into my new role as a Senior Recruiter, I took on new responsibilities—acting as a staffing manager. I now oversee the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and submitting candidates to conducting interviews, managing onboarding, handling timekeeping, and overseeing terminations. This evolution in my role has been a big step in my career, and I’m proud of how far I’ve come.

What I appreciate most about AGSI’s culture is the company’s focus on continuous learning and professional growth. The support we receive for training and development is a clear indication of AGSI’s commitment to keeping us ahead of industry trends and best practices. This culture of growth not only helps our personal development but also drives the company’s success, which is something I’m proud to contribute to.

Looking ahead, my goal is to advance into a leadership role within our team. I want to use my experience to help drive strategic initiatives and mentor others. AGSI’s focus on professional development gives me confidence that I can reach this goal and continue to grow within the company.
