What motivated me to join AGSI was their alignment with my previous experience in the RPO industry and their strong emphasis on work-life balance. I began my career at AGSI as a Recruiter and eventually transitioned to a Virtual Assistant role, where I was able to showcase my skills and bag several recognitions.

One of my proudest achievements at AGSI occurred early in my career when I was still a Recruiter. Despite having little experience in recruitment, I successfully filled a Welder position at an aerospace company. This was a sweet and victorious moment, as I helped someone land a job that matched their interests and skills.

The word “inclusiveness” truly resonates with AGSI’s culture. I vividly remember introducing myself to various departments on my first day, which allowed me to quickly get to know everyone I would be working with.
